We're kicking off our celebration of #nationalwellnessweek with a discussion on #authenticity and how to resist the pressure to shed components of your #identity in order to fit in. One of the most exhausting #emotional experiences (that is obviously in direct opposition to practicing #wellness) is having to pretend. While it takes both #bravery and an immense amount of effort to practice authenticity, it is possible. The #key is having a clear sense of self-knowledge and self-awareness, which often develops through our most #painful experiences.
